Touch method

Tap the surface with your fingers, and listen to the echoes, sounds of different thicknesses. Check whether the surface is smooth and bright. Determine whether there are some defects, such as drops, bubbles or film wrinkles. Observe the cabinet from the side and check whether the surface is smooth. The non-uniformity is due to the thin plate, so the thin plate is easy to deform.

Check accessories

Check the quality of accessories, such as handles, locks and other locks. When opening the lock, repeatedly check the sensitivity of the cylindrical spring and the flatness of the lock surface. Check materials, firmness, installation type, treatment strength and durability.

Process inspection

Delicate steel cabinets can be detected from the joints. Check each connection point, vertical and horizontal cabinet to make sure there is no gap or looseness. Make sure that drawers and doors can be opened and closed and easily returned to the correct position. The edges of glass doors shall be clean, polished and free of ballast or scratches.
